We will mow, edge, and string trim any lawn areas. Our team is proud to use all electric equipment at any property where possible.
PLANTS
Our professional gardeners will prune perennials as needed, dead head flowers, keep shrubs pruned, and maintain topiary plants.
WEEDS
Weeds will be tackled every visit. Our team can hand pull weeds, string trim them, or spray the weeds, depending on client preferences.
BLOWING
All areas of a property will be blown of. From walkways, driveways, and planters. We can even blow off your artificial turf every visit.
TREES
Our standard maintenance plan includes small tree branch pruning where possible. Teams are trained in various trimming techniques.
REPORTING
We will report any issue found on the property. The team looks out for sick plants, struggling grass, or any item that needs attention.

FAQ
Our recurring lawn/garden maintenance does not include spreading fertilizers or herbicides. We do offer additional service plans that can handle other needs. During your initial quote you will get a full list of all items included and not included in the service plan.
Our recurring lawn/garden maintenance does not include checking your irrigation system. It does include making small irrigation timer adjustments if requested. We will also replace any irrigation items our team breaks by mistake for free. We do offer a great irrigation maintenance program if you are interested in having your irrigation checked as a one-time or recurring service.
At this time, we do not offer recurring monthly visits on a set price. We can take on monthly visits as one-time jobs but the cost for one time work is a bit more costly. We currently offer weekly and bi-weekly visits. On special case basis, such as luxury home sales, we do offer multiple visits per a week to keep the property in prestige condition (minimum price required).
Every property gets a custom monthly price. Prices are based off a maximum allotted time per visit. We can work with any budget since we price based off time required/requested per a visit. Our lowest monthly offering starts between $85-$100 a month for the smallest of yards (think condo size yard). The average price between all our regions is $185 a month. Large estates that require multiple team members per a week can reach a monthly cost into the 2-3k range. These are averages, please schedule your free quote today for your custom price.
We do not require contracts for our lawn/garden maintenance offerings. You can cancel at the end of any month’s cycle with no hard feelings. Most of our clients stay with us for many years so we have little need for official contracts.
